I’ve bought four so far and kept two for myself

I have two of these myself and I have given 2 to my friends as gifts. These are the hands-down, the best pruning shears a woman can own.

I would really like to give it 5 stars but

I would really like to give it 5 stars but, for me, it is terribly hard to close and open. I am hopeful that it will become easier with use. However, in future I will order the "plain one" without the "hold" feature. I suspect this problem is more to do with me than the product.

This is my second pair of these pruners. The only reason I bought a second pair is because I lost a screw in the first pair. You were so kind to send me another screw to fix them.!!
I love these they cut so well and smoothly. I am a florist and these work so well to cut through larger twigs, etc..
