Pro Ratchet Lopper with Telescoping Handles ^Sale

I had many alderwood trees that were too small to cut with a chainsaw and too big for loppers. The ratchet system made cutting these easy without exertion. I probably cut 75 trees, some larger than the tool was designed for, but they still worked with a little extra effort. Glad I didn't have to whip out the heavy chainsaw because I was working on a fairly steep bluff.

I wanted ratchet loppers and these were the only ones I saw available. I should have gotten the ladies non-ratchet loppers because I really don't need the telescoping feature which makes them so heavy. Because I'm in my 70's and have little upper body strength, I I thought I needed the ratcheted ones. (I love my small ladies size ratchet pruners). The the telescoping feature adds a lot of weight. I didn't have the time to box them up ( the box was destroyed in shipment) and send back so close to the holidays, so they will stay with me. It would be helpful if they gave the weight in the description.

The day they came we were working in the garden. We took them out of the box and used them. We had a small tree we need to take out and in 20 minutes we had all the work done. Very good tool.
