You made a point of showing the bevelled side however your use would mean the bevel is on the wrong side because you are cutting away from yourself AND cutting on a hard surface. Floral knives are made to PULL not push and should not be used on any hard board which dulls the blade unnecessarily. You need to learn from people in the floral industry so you can teach proper technique as depicted in the photos I added here.
