Discount disappointment

I have been buying these pruners for years, but was disappointed that I clicked on the discount button, provided my email address, but no discount code or subtraction appeared in my checkout. I also relayed this to the customer service contact mechanism, but received no response. Really not a totally satisfied customer. I feel ripped off with the empty tickler for a non-existent deal.
